Masks mandatory in the service centres of the Estonian Transport Administration

27.08.2021 | 11:12

In accordance with government orders, masks are mandatory in the service centres of the Estonian Transport Administration and when taking theory tests as of 26 August 2021.

Masks are not mandatory when taking the driving test if the examinee presents a vaccination certificate or a certificate of having recovered from COVID-19 within the past six months.

If the examinee has not been vaccinated or has not recovered from COVID-19, then it is mandatory to wear a mask in the examination car.

It is also mandatory to use disinfectants when entering the service centre and examination car.

If any client refuses to wear a mask without good reason (e.g. due to health issues and other objective reasons) or to use the disinfectant, the service workers of the Estonian Transport Administration reserve the right to deny access to the car or the service centre. The time booked for the examination will be cancelled and the state fee will not be refunded.
